Refunds

Please make your selection carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes instances where an item was selected in error, the estimated delivery timeframe does not meet expectations, or a similar product is found at a lower price elsewhere.

Refunds On Floor Stock

Please note that all floor stock purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Any defects, damage, or imperfections that were disclosed prior to purchase, whether verbally, in writing, or through visual inspection;
  2. Any issues that a reasonable person would have identified upon examining the item before purchase;
  3. Any conditions, faults, or wear and tear clearly depicted in product photographs or described in the item listing on our website.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as presented and waive any claim for refund based on the above grounds.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for items that are deemed faulty upon delivery.Featherston Interiors reserves the right to assess and approve exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

To qualify for an exchange:

  1. The fault must be present at the time of delivery. Clear photographic evidence must be provided.
  2. Featherston Interiors must verify and confirm the fault before authorizing an exchange.
  3. All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  4. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
